Management and staff would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Canyon Ski Resort will be closed Christmas Day. Open again on Boxing Day thru till January 8th from 9am-5pm daily (New Years Day 10am-5pm). Our Tube Park is also open December 26th thru January 8th from 12pm-5pm daily.

Red Bull sponsored Wednesday Night River Run Rail Jam- FREE entry in the competition – all you require is a valid lift pass – Registration is at 5pm that night!! We also still have openings into the SLUSH CUP Competition for this Sunday March 20th (last day of the season). Attempt to cross the slushy pool for a chance to win a season pass to Canyon for next year!!
What is a Slush Cup? Typically held on the last day of the season, Slush Cup is a competition where participants ski or snowboard down a run into an icy pool of water. The aim is to skim across to the end on the pool. Don’t worry there is a Hot Tub to warm up in after your swim!!
This year is our 5th Annual Slush Cup! The competition starts at 1 pm on Sunday March 13, 2016
Prizes will be awarded for best costume, best wipe out, and the grand prize is a 2016-17 Season PASS!!
$20 CASH to Register – comes with a T-Shirt and proceeds go to the Red Deer and District Food Bank! Register in person at the ticket window! Space is limited!
