Ski Programs

Kinder Learn to Ski: 4 – 5 Years

Kinder Learn to Ski starts with a meet and greet and lets the parents, children and instructors meet in your 1 hour group lesson. With encouragment and empathy our Certified Ski Instructors show these young skiers how to be mobile on skis and how to have fun at this Winter Sport. Our goal is to see your kids skiing independently on our Magic Carpet.

Junior Learn 2 Ski: 6 – 12 Years

Group lessons for the first timer. The goal of the this four lesson series is to develop skiers capable of riding the Magic Carpet independently and learning to ride the T-Bar. This is a prerequisite for Junior Ski improvement. Saturdays 9:30am-10:30am

Junior Ski Improvement: 6 – 12 Years

Junior Ski Improvement is for those who have completed the Learn to Ski program or are already using the T-Bar. The program will include 2 hours of adventure on the slopes with a half hour lunch break (purchased in the cafeteria or bring a bag lunch) with your instructor. The outcome of Junior Ski Improvement is to develop shorter round turns on blue trails and an introduction to more advanced trails. Saturdays 11:30am-2pm

Jump Start: 6 – 12 Years

This eight week program is a great introduction to freestyle. Small group lessons for beginners will progress students into the Jumps and Bumps Freestyle Program. Saturdays or Sundays 11:30am – 2 pm

Christmas Downhill Ski Camp: 7-13 Years

Choose from beginner or advanced levels in these four day camps. All camps are lead by certified ski instructors. Participants will primarily concentrate on developing skiing skills while participating in interactive drills, fun activities, rest periods and cold weather breaks if required. Lunch and snacks are NOT provided. Tuesday – Friday, 9am-4:00pm Participants MUST have prior skiing experience – this course is NOT for the never-ever.

Snowboard Programs

Learn to Snowboard: 7-12 yr & 13-16 yr

These 4 day – 1 hour small group lessons are run by our Certified Snowboard Instructors. The goal of this program is for the boarder to have basic knowledge such as turning, stopping and using the magic carpet lift independently. Classes will run from 10:30 – 11:30 for 4 Saturdays.

Snowboard Improvement: 7-12 yr & 13-16 yr

This four week Snowboard Improvement program is intended for boarders with basic knowledge of turning, stopping, and riding both the Magic Carpet and T-Bar lifts. The goal at the end of this program is for the student to further develop these skills and become more confident on Beginner and Intermediate runs. Saturdays 11:30 – 2:00 with a half hour lunch break (lunch not included).

Christmas Snowboarding Camp: 7 – 13 Yr Beginner and Advanced

Choose from Beginner or Advanced levels in these four day camps. All camps are lead by certified snowboard instructors. In the Beginner Snowboard Camp instructors will primarily concentrate on developing boarding skills while participating in interactive drills and fun activities. In the Advanced Camp, the instructors will progress campers on the hill to be more confident on the intermediate and advanced runs. The days will include interactive drills, fun activities, rest periods and cold weather breaks if required. Lunch and snacks are NOT provided. Tuesday to Friday , 9am-4:00pm

XtREME Snowboard Club: 10 – 16 Years

Teens, develop your freestyle skills in this 10 week non-competitive club. Saturdays, 10:30 am-12:30 pm (10 sessions, minimum of 4 participants)
